Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Need to change your appointment time? Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled signing.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, are subject to a non-refundable service fee to cover the notary's reserved travel time.
